Passionate Performer

Mina’s favorite part of performing is being able to explore different arrays of emotions and personalities through music. As a soft-spoken child growing up, Mina has always loved that she could borrow different personalities from each piece she performs on stage. Music allows her to be an outspoken, passionate, heroic, and edgy. As a musician, Mina is on a constant quest to find the ways she can fully express what the pieces call for.

Active Collaborator

It took a lot of persistence and hard work for Mina to be able to musically and verbally communicate with her amazing fellow musicians since she came to the United States in 2010 without speaking much English. Many of her collaborations helped Mina shine on stages from New England Conservatory and Club Passim to Carnegie Hall. She finds collaborating with others extremely rewarding and playing with her colleagues is one of Mina’s favorite aspects of music-making ever since.
